Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the course promotion and sales of the Centre/ branch assigned
Meet the sales targets set
Effective utilization of leads and maintaining a positive and healthy conversion rate
Exceptional communication and convincing skills
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Create a positive brand image and awareness among prospective students, and parents.
Have a good understanding of the course information and ensure proper handling of all queries of the students by effective Counselling.
Make the sales pitch according to the customers' behavior and requirements, showing the presence of mind.
Cold Calling and calling active or old potential contacts to encourage the enrolment of students.
Noting significant details of every discussion, create leads.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a counselor or admission counselor or in other sales/ admin roles with decent telecommunication skills.
Graduation is mandatory, MBA or any other specialization would be a good addition.
Should be able to communicate fluently in these Languages- English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good knowledge of computer, should manage Excel, maintain records
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over meetings and via inside sales.
Should be open to house visits/ school or college visits for converting potential leads to admissions.
Ability to switch communication styles.
